We've been hard at work constructing the infrastructure to build your helicopters. In this update, we showcase the progress on the mezzanine level, a crucial addition that creates a temperature-controlled environment necessary for producing precision metallic components for the GT50 and HX50.
27 Aug 2024
Since our last update, we've completed the metallic structure, installed staircases, laid the first floor flooring, and started building fireproof walls around the structure. This new space, twice the size of DC1, will house our wiring loom production, avionics suite, trim components, and glazing production—all in partitioned, controlled areas.
We also highlight the machine shop's impressive 5-meter under-ceiling height, the new production control wall, and the expanded metrology lab designed for high-volume precision measurement.
