An exciting update on the HX50 programme as we focus on making the airframe production-ready. Over the past four to five weeks, we've been taking all the learnings from building the first two earlier prototype airframes to create an airframe that is just as strong, stiff, and aerodynamic, but much easier to build.

In this video, we go into the new tooling strategies that break down the fuselage into multiple sections, allowing for more efficient production. We also highlight our efforts to streamline the assembly process, making it more automotive-like by integrating internal parts like the fuel bulkhead, baggage bulkhead, floor panels, and center console.
There is also the new suite of tools that incorporate design improvements for better visibility, more headroom, enhanced seat room, and the latest Hill crashworthy seat and lighting system.
